SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS OVER APPLEDORE ESTUARY AND SANDY INSTOW BEACH
This beautifully styled second floor apartment accessible through a private entrance, which forms part of a main house, is situated in the heart of the small fishing village of Appledore.
The property offers the most incredible views of the tidal estuary and Instow beach and is a short stroll from the bustling quayside, which offers an array of small shops, cafe's, restaurants and galleries. A short drive away are the sandy surfing beaches of Westward Ho! Croyde and Saunton, as well as the Tarka Trail which is popular with walkers and cyclists. The quaint market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with their famous pannier markets are also close by, as well as the local attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
The entrance staircase leads into a spacious, light hallway and the accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious super king-size with fitted wardrobes and 1 elegantly decorated twin room with 4ft beds.
Bathroom: modern tiled bathroom with separate shower and WC. Lounge / diner: with dining table and chairs and comfortable lounge furniture, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen: contemporary with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
