SPACIOUS GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH ESTUARY VIEWS
This spacious apartment is situated in the heart of the old fishing village of Appledore. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and is furnished and equipped in a contemporary style.
The village has a bustling quayside with its small shops, cafes and restaurants and is a hive of activity when the fishing boats come ashore. Take a short drive over the river to the sandy beach of Instow. Also a couple of miles away is the sandy beach of Westward Ho! which is great for surfing and swimming. The region of North Devon has many attractions which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and many more.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with estuary and beach views and 1 twin room with river glimpses.
Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Lounge / diner: spacious with superb river views towards Instow beach, oak feature fireplace, TV / DVD iPad / iPod docking station and wi-fi connection.
Outside: communal seating area.

Location: beach 5 minutes drive, pubs and shop walking distance. Arrival 4pm.
