This top floor apartment is situated in the heart of the old fishing village of Appledore. The property has been refurbished to a high standard with the latest addition being the communal entrance hall and offers excellent views of the estuary and beach.
The village has a bustling quayside with its small shops, cafes and restaurants and is a hive of activity when the fishing boats come ashore. Take a short drive over the river to the sandy beach of Instow. Also a couple of miles away is the sandy beach of Westward Ho! which is great for surfing and swimming. The region of North Devon has many attractions which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and many more.
