This quaint cottage is situated in the fishing village of Appledore with its delightful traditional harbour an array of shops and a choice of eateries. In high season a small ferry boat runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow home to a yacht club and a pleasant sandy beach. For those who want to get out and explore more of the area there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property including the remarkable pebble ridge beach at Westward Ho! and The Big Sheep family fun park. All-in-all this area makes for a wonderful holiday destination whether you want a relaxing or fun-filled time. On entering this delightful property you are greeted by the fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that is the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher. The delightful lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or lose yourself in a good book after a long day of exploring. After a busy day head on up to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms a light and airy king-size and a colourful twin room. Completing this floor is the shower room with shower and WC.
