3 character cottages in their own courtyard setting with access to large gardens. Situated within the grounds of an impressive 16th century manor house, within 5.5 acres of lovely grounds set amongst beautiful rolling countryside in a peaceful and unspoilt part of rural North Devon.
The nearby village of Bradworthy has shops, pub and a garage. The property is close to some of the most spectacular coastline in the UK offering breath-taking scenery, unspoilt beaches and stunning coastal path walks. There are many attractions worth a visit including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly with its cobbled street leading down to the sea, walking and watersports at Tamar Lakes, Bude Splashpool, Dartington Crystal and beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor. You will be ideally placed for exploring both the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall which have a choice of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves.
Leisure facilities: shared, solar heated outdoor swimming pool in its own enclosed patio area, available from May to September. Shared utility room: coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer and use of communal freezer.
Outside: there is an ever changing sculpture garden and hidden corners to explore and enjoy. Shared BBQ area.
