This property is located in a quiet rural location on the Devon/Cornwall border within walking distance of the Tamar Lakes where visitors can enjoy fishing scenic walks windsurfing and kayaking there is even a fun childrens play area. Just seven miles away is the wonderful beach at Sandymouth maintained by the National Trust this is a fantastic unspoilt stretch of sand surrounded by steep cliffs. Other places of interest in the area include Tintagel the picturesque village of Port Isaac and the family-friendly seaside resort of Bude. This quaint cottage provides cosy accommodation for two guests and the homely atmosphere can be felt as soon as they enter the propertys lounge with its exposed beams two comfortable sofas and TV/DVD. The kitchen with its tiled floor offers an oven hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. A separate dining area provides guests with the perfect space to enjoy romantic meals or a delicious breakfast. The open-tread wooden stairs which lead from the ground floor bring guests to the spacious bedroom where a king-size bed lies beneath the attractive vaulted ceiling creating a restful and romantic retreat. An en-suite bathroom just off the bedroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from a private enclosed garden where guests will find a BBQ and garden furniture.
