From the apartment you can directly access Saundersfoot beach. The village is 400 metres away with a variety of shops restaurants pubs and other amenities to meet everyday requirements. The picturesque harbour is less than 500 metres from the property where you can take boat trips in the summer months or enjoy a spot of fishing. From here join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and take in the superb coastline on foot. The walled seaside town of Tenby is located 3.5 miles away with further shops restaurants and tourist attractions include National Trust property Merchants House and Tenby Art Gallery and Museum. The property is accessed via two flights of steps as you enter into a hallway which houses a fridge and a freezer. The open-plan lounge and kitchen is bright and airy with plenty of seating and large windows to admire the sea view. In the kitchen is an oven hob and microwave all the amenities you need if you choose to eat in. A double bedroom is equipped with large fitted wardrobes. There is a shower room with a large shower but its worth noting that the access to the shower room is very narrow so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. From the living area there are double doors leading out to a spacious balcony. The sea facing balcony offers stunning uninterrupted views of Saundersfoot beach and Carmarthen Bay. There is direct access onto the beach from the apartment block and allocated parking for one car. Please note this property is not suitable for children infants or babies. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 double. 1 shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV. Wi Fi included. Balcony with seating. Allocated parking space for one car. Please note there is no lift access. Regret no pets. 450m from nearest shop, restaurant and pub. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties due to narrow shower room. No children under 18, infants or babies. Towels are not provided at this property.
