Situated in an idyllic location on The Strand this property is just steps from the heart of the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot. Here you will find a good selection of shops restaurants and pubs for stocking up on supplies and enjoying a bite to eat after busy days. With three beaches to choose from this resort is a haven for grown-ups children and four-legged friends alike. Choose between swimming canoeing sailing windsurfing and fishing. Or for those who prefer to stay on dry land follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to the popular coastal town of Tenby. Spacious and open plan this modern holiday cottage is a welcoming bolthole for seaside escapes. Enjoy mealtimes in the large lounge/kitchen/diner reached via five steps down which is fitted with an electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. With a Freeview TV DVD and CD player this is a fantastic room for entertaining. From here steps lead down to a cellar where you will find the tumble dryer and useful additional storage. A separate sitting room offers an alternative space in which to relax in front of the TV and doubles up as a single bedroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms including the master with a double bed en-suite wet room and door opening onto a fantastic large decked balcony with seating. Also on the first floor is one twin and one double bedroom plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Meanwhile on the second floor a double bedroom with a single day bed benefits from an en-suite wet room. Please note some of the bedrooms have sloping ceilings and therefore reduced head height. Outside the patio garden boasts direct access down onto the sandy beach. Here you will also find a BBQ seating and outside shower for washing sandy feet and paws. A public car park is within easy walking distance. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 3 doubles 1 with additional single day bed, and 1 twin. Additional single day bed in lounge sleeps 8 2. 1 bathroom, 2 en suite wet rooms and 1 separate WC. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Freeview TV, DVD and CD player. Wi Fi included. Garden with BBQ, seating and outside shower. 2 dogs welcome. Sloping ceilings and reduced head height in some of the bedrooms. Parking in public car park. Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Sleeps 8 2 (two single day beds located in double and lounge).
