Upalong is a spacious property set in a wonderful location for exploring the magical coastline of Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Rock, all are within walking distance. The local village grocery shop is next door for any last minute groceries you may need. Close by are various other local shops as well as a pub and local eateries.



The property is well presented with attractive furnishings, a large pretty garden to the rear and a smaller garden to the front. The ground floor provides a dining room with dining table and seating for eight guests, open to the sitting room with its comfortable seating, a wood burning effect electric fire, Sky TV and french doors to the large enclosed rear garden. From the dining room, a door leads to the bright and spacious conservatory, providing an alternative dining venue and more french doors leading out to the patio area with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Through the sitting room, is the light and airy kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. This leads to the back door and utility room with a washing machine and oil- fired boiler and through to the downstairs bathroom with bath and overhead shower.



Take the stairs to the first floor where the master bedroom has a comfy double bed and delightful views over the garden and pretty surrounding countryside, along with an en-suite bathroom with bath overhead shower. Bedroom two is another double bedroom, and there are twin single beds in bedroom three. There is also a family shower room on this floor.



For larger groups wishing to holiday together, adjacent to Upalong is The Rocket House, a cosy Victorian bolt hold for two guests.
