The Linhay cottage Devon

The Linhay is a detached barn conversion situated on the owners` livestock farm, 0.7 miles from the Devon village of Sheepwash. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double with a freestanding bath and a first floor twin room, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture and use of a private, grass landing airstrip, subject to availability depending on weather conditions. The Linhay is a delightful base for a holidaying in Devon.

The village of Sheepwash is set in the peaceful Torridge Valley in Devon.
Sheepwash offers a shop and a traditional pub, serving good food and locally brewed ales. Many walks are available in the area, plus the coastal towns of Bude, Clovelly, Bideford and Westward Ho! are within reach.
