The Duchy is an annexe cottage attached to the owners` home found in the village of Liskeard in Cornwall. All on one level and hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom with bath and walk in shower, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside there is also an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside there is ample off-road parking for three cars and a patio area with seating.
Liskeard is a market town that can be found in south east Cornwall, around 20 miles west of the port town of Plymouth. The town is at the head of the Looe valley, with beaches and a harbour 9 miles south. Within the town, there are several pubs, shops and restaurants with some still retaining their Victorian shopfronts and interiors, as well as a weekly market held. Liskeard is home to The Liskeard Show, a large agricultural show which is held on the second Saturday in July annually.
