May popular attractions are half a miles walk away; head up from South Beach to Castle Beach where you can take in wonderful views of St Catharines Island or take a wander up to the ruins of Tenby Castle to look down on the scenery. The Tudor Merchants House is also well worth a visit to learn some local history. The enchanting Colby Woodland Garden is only 9 miles away and will delight visitors of all ages but younger guests might prefer a day out to the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (3.5 miles).
