St Martins View cottage Cornwall

St Martin?s View is a stone built single storey property sitting in the seaward facing hamlet of Lower Boscaswell in a generous, enclosed garden with sun terrace and lawn. Sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. With sea views St Martin`s View makes an ideal holiday base for families and couples with pets. Sorry Dogs to be no bigger than a Labrador. There is a courtyard to the front and an enclosed rear garden, which makes a great play area and is perfect for sitting and enjoying barbecue magic or sun-downer drinks. Stroll the half mile to the North Inn at Pendeen, a traditional family friendly Cornish pub. Ramblers will love exploring the South West Coast Path, where Portheras Cove can be discovered, hidden and un-spoilt just over one mile distant. Stunning Sennen Cove, famed for surfing and bird-watching can be reached within a 20 minute drive and the town of St Just with its pretty market square, is eight miles away. Visit Marazion with its sandy beach and water-sports action overlooked by the majestic St Michael`s Mount with castle atop. The quayside at St Ives is beautiful with beaches, galleries and gift shops galore in this pretty town, with divine waterfront restaurants, eateries and traditional inns offering fresh Cornish fayre. With the benefit of a sociable living space with sea views to be observed through the changing seasons, central heating and a wood burner St Martins View is a destination to be enjoyed anytime of the year.

The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty, in North West Cornwall. It has a handful of lovely pubs, convenience stores, pottery/gallery and a good fish & chip shop. There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles. Perfect for exploring this lesser-known area of the county, there are so many fantastic things to see and do; from exploring the rugged coastline to pulling on your walking boots and criss-crossing the beautiful countryside, with public footpaths at every turn! The beaches in this section of Cornwall are fantastic and there are so many coastal villages and attractions that will keep you busy. Enjoy shopping in Penzance, discover hidden gems in St Ives` many harbourfront galleries, or find the perfect trinkets to take home in the novelty shops of Mousehole. The open-air Minack Theatre overlooking the stunning beach at Porthcurno should definitely go on the `to visit` list, and you can also enjoy visiting the many filming locations of the BBC`s, Poldark. Whether you`re interested in a walking holiday, an adventure or a relaxed beach getaway, this fantastic area has something for everyone.
