Rock Cottage is a 200-year-old detached property on the edge of the National Trust`s Arlington Court in Barnstaple, North Devon. The property has four bedrooms - three king-size doubles and a twin - sleeping eight guests. The cottage also consists of two bathrooms with shower over bath, a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms, one of which has a working woodburner. Outside there is a one-acre garden of lawn, patio, seating and a fire pit and woodland to explore, as well as off-road parking for two cars.
