Pendrea is a highly appealing modern cottage, its enviable, elevated position on the fringes of Porthleven village, benefiting from panoramic coastal sea views. With three bedrooms a twin on the ground floor with en-suite shower room, there are two further bedrooms on the first floor with family bathroom, sleeping six in total. A cosy sitting room invites you to relax whilst gazing out to sea, there is a spacious kitchen/diner and a lovely sunny conservatory to the rear. A useful addition is the ground floor games room/utility room that will keep young and old happy with games of table tennis and outside a raised patio garden is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening aperitif. A short walk from your door to join the coastal footpath and into the harbour and village where there is a fabulous selection of harbourside eateries to choose from.
