The town has wonderful narrow streets and a delightful range of shops and inns. An essential attraction to visit is Henry VIII`s castle and amongst the many other activities that can be enjoyed are cycling and walking along the coastal path and a walk across to the nearby Tennyson Down. Watersports enthusiasts should head to the beaches at Colwell and Totland Bays. Further afield, the towns of Newport and Ryde are well worth visiting.Yarmouth suits all tastes and is a perfect base.
