This charming Georgian terraced cottage has a lovely light and airy feel.
The property makes an ideal base for enjoying the area. However if you fancy staying closer to home then all the amenities Weymouth has to offer are on your doorstep including a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. Weymouth has long been a hidden gem with its seafront, beaches, Sealife Centre, harbour and wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs. In the heart of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast offering some of the finest walks and picturesque views in the country, including Hardy's monument towering over the landscape, Chesil Beach and picture postcard villages and hamlets. The county town of Dorchester is a short drive or train ride and is steeped with history. Once the former home of the poet and novelist Thomas Hardy who placed this striking countryside on the map. Discover a wealth of attractions including Abbotsbury Swannery, Monkey World, Dinosaur Museum, Lulworth Cove and Castle and Durdle Door.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers THREE bedrooms: the first floor has 1 double and 1 single room. There are steep cottage style stairs leading to a spacious attic room with twin beds.
Bathroom: situated on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with TV and DVD. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: well-equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and microwave with door leading to the courtyard.
Outside: sunny, enclosed courtyard offering seating and a BBQ area. The converted outside 'privy' houses a washing machine.
Amenities: parking is roadside with permit included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Bed linen, electric and central heating included.
Location: beach, shops, pubs (2 located at the end of road and others within walking distance), restaurants and other leisure facilities a few minutes stroll. Arrival: 3:00pm.
