Set on a family-run sheep farm in a popular North Devon location you will be perfectly situated under a two-mile drive of an array of amenities in the nearby market town of Great Torrington. Just slightly further afield and within an easy drive you can also access the coast at both pretty Instow and Westward Ho! which offers a fantastic two-mile-wide sandy beach that is ideal for families and is also popular with surfers. Alternatively take a stroll or cycle along the Tarka Trail or step out on the South West Coast Path and enjoy exploring the area on foot. Other places of interest accessible from here include Hartland Quay the fishing village of Clovelly Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. On entering this fabulous property you will immediately find yourself in the stunning open-plan kitche. This impressive spacious room boasts a vaulted ceiling exposed beams and a large marble-top central island. The kitchen itself is also perfectly presented and appointed with a great range of appliances and equipment including an electric range oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and a washer/dryer. On the other side of the room and leading off the kitchen step into the gorgeous dining room where you will find that the features of vaulted ceilings and exposed beams continue throughout the property. Here is the perfect venue for relaxed family dining plus the inclusion of a set of French doors leading to the outside enables guests to dine alfresco with ease when the weather is warm. Now head back through the kitchen and snug further into the property where you will discover the formal lounge: another generously proportioned room with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams Smart TV and a door to the outside. Here you can recline on one of the comfortable sofas after a busy day exploring either watching a film or just enjoying a good book. Also located on the split-level ground floor are the first of the fabulous bedrooms two of which offer spacious accommodation with super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which can be presented as twins upon request) one with a beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and the other an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. There is also a cosy twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
