Hicks House is a beautiful, Georgian Grade II listed, mid-terrace holiday house with accommodation spread over three floors. This beautiful property has been furnished to an exceptional standard with attention paid to the finest details. On the ground floor, a spacious and elegant sitting room provides ample comfortable seating and a feature stone fire place with roaring open fire. Pretty windows look out onto the picturesque High Street and exposed beams adorn the ceiling. Wander through to the homely, Smallbone kitchen and dining area which leads to a sunny snug with an exposed stone wall and french doors open onto the small internal courtyard with garden furniture, perfect for a morning coffee. Upstairs on the first floor, bedroom one enjoys a front facing aspect, a comfy double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a luxurous roll-top bath. A shower room for bedrooms two and three are also located on the first floor, however both these bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor, another double bedroom and finally a pretty twin room.



Situated at the top end of the High Street, you are perfectly placed to stroll into the heart of Chipping Campden. This popular and historic market town boasts an excellent choice of pubs, bistros, restaurants and shops for guests to enjoy.



Although children are most welcome at this property, please note there is no garden and only a small courtyard, seating four guests.
