This property is situated in an attractive rural location in mid-Devon where the traditional village pub and shop are within walking distance. The pub welcomes the whole family so sit down and enjoy an evening meal. The village shop offers a range of products. There is plenty to do in the local area including the rugged Dartmoor National Park which is just a short drive and is perfect for nature lovers and walkers the Tarka Trail Ruby Way and Granite Way are also within easy reach. Visit the coast to enjoy the long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves you re spoilt for choice with the Devon and Cornwall coastlines within a short drive. Nearby attractions include RHS Rosemoor Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre and Southwest Segway Adventure. Set in an idyllic location within the owners grounds where privacy is assured. On entering the property you will immediately be met with large generously sized rooms. The hallway is the perfect spot to hang your coats wipe your paws and leave your walking boats behind you.
