It is the perfect base for exploring the vast array of leisure activities available throughout Carmarthenshire. For keen golfers the Machynys Peninsula Golf Club and Spa a course designed by Jack Nicklaus is located close by with fantastic dining options available overlooking the greens which is also available to non members. If time allows there is also Ashburnham Golf Club which is a Championship course. Take a trip to the Llanelli Wetland Centre where you can hand-feed the rarest geese in the world spot some colourful flamingos or enjoy bird-watching from one of the many hides.
