In a beautiful farm setting and surrounded by one of the largest reed beds in Europe this property is a stones throw from a site of special scientific interest. Located two miles from the popular Lizard Peninsula village of Mullion with its pubs cafes shops and galleries. Once you have finished exploring the village discover the many sandy beaches and sheltered coves that are dotted along the coastline the closest of which is Poldhu Cove a popular spot just 1.5 miles away. Inside this cottage is full of charm from exposed stone work to sash windows. The kitchen is modern and includes an electric cooker fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher and microwave. Once you have finished preparing your meals dine in the cosy lounge where a table sits in sunlight beside a large sash window. Next relax on one of the comfortable sofas and make the most of the TV/DVD available whilst sitting in front of the electric fire. There are two cosy bedrooms both light and airy from large traditional sash windows providing views across the farmyard and garden. The bedrooms share a family bathroom which has an overhead shower. Outside an area with picnic table and chairs gives way to a large grassed garden. This is a peaceful spot in which to relax with an evening drink or BBQ in the summer. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin. 1 bathroom with overhead shower. Kitchen electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. TV/DVD. Electric fire.
