This wonderful detached bungalow, situated in the picturesque seaside village of Croyde, has been decorated and modernised to a good standard.
Croyde is a few minutes walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, family pubs and Croyde's excellent sandy beach, where you can try your hand at a wide range of watersports. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, visit one of the many all year attractions, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
Lounge: with electric fire set in a contemporary fireplace, TV, Freeview, DVD and enjoys beautiful views to the sea. Kitchen / diner: with hob and oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and hi-fi.
Outside: enclosed garden with a patio, outside seating and a BBQ.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, night storage heating and wi-fi included. 1 dog welcome in during winter period (Oct - Easter). Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Additional info: returnable security deposit of £100 required 4 weeks prior to arrival payable direct to owner.
