This property is located in the grounds of the locally acclaimed Waie Inn and has everything needed for a memorable Devon family holiday. The central location of the property means that guests are in an ideal position to visit all the county has to offer. The East Devon coast can be reached by a short drive to the likes of Exmouth Sidmouth and Sandy Bay. Killerton House and Bicton Gardens are places of interest that make a great family day out. Take a short trip to the city of Exeter where visitors can shop see the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral then relax with a meal on the quay. Inside the property the lounge is furnished with two sofas an armchair TV DVD player and a Hi-Fi. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridgewith ice compartment and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms: one double one twin and one single and all of them are equipped with TVs. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and a WC.
