Elm Cottage is modern, well-designed and part of a small development of barn conversions with delightful rear-facing countryside views. The accommodation has a light and airy atmosphere with high ceilings and beautiful exposed beams to provide a real sense of space.
This property is close to the magnificent North Devon / Cornwall coastline with its heritage cobbled cliff side village of Clovelly, rugged Hartland Quay and sweeping sandy beaches. The area's many attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Queens Theatre in Barnstaple and Dartington Crystal. The area is also good for walking the coast path and Tarka Trail, which gives you many miles of safe tracks for both walking and cycling.
The studio-style accommodation offers: lounge / kitchen / diner / sleeping area, open-plan with TV and DVD. Sleeping area has a double bed, alternatively there is a sofa bed in the lounge area if you prefer. Dining table. Kitchen area with cooker and fridge. Shower room: with shower and WC. Utility room: separate shared laundry room.
Outside: rear enclosed south-facing garden with views, patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared, extensive wild gardens with wildlife ponds.
Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking inside property. 2 dogs welcome, more by arrangement.
Location: beach 4 miles and shop 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
