Venturing outside you will then discover the compact yet perfectly appointed dog friendly enclosed south-facing garden with handy external side access via a gate. This provides a small area of lawn patio garden furniture and a BBQ so you can relax in the sun without having to venture down to the beach. There is also a handy space to hang wet suits and store surfboards to the front of the adapted garage space. Private off-road parking for one car is provided on the drive and there is additional roadside parking outside.
