This well-presented, three storey townhouse sits within the award winning Mews, within the heart of the traditional Victorian seaside village of Westward Ho!
The village has 2 miles of Blue Flag golden sandy beach, popular with families and committed surfers, and the unique pebbleridge can be viewed from the double bedrooms. A host of shops, pubs and restaurants are all stumbling distance from your front door, as well as a wealth of activities for children of all ages including go karts, crazy golf and amusements, to name but a few. The picturesque fishing village of Appledore is a short drive, and offers a wealth of pubs and restaurants, serving the fresh catch of the day, all nestled within its narrow winding streets. The market town of Bideford, with its picture postcard harbour, has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Or simply relax within the enclosed rear courtyard and while away the time.
This spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double with en-suite shower room and WC located on the second floor. 1 further double enjoying sea views, and 1 twin bedroom located on the first floor (the bed make up will be two doubles unless stated otherwise).
Bathroom: located on the first floor enjoying shower over bath and WC. Additional ground floor WC. Lounge / diner: enjoys large flatscreen TV with DVD, Freeview, PlayStation and iPod docking station.
