This brand new house is set within walking distance of the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! As well as a huge range of typical seaside activities, surfers, body boarders and sun worshippers can all enjoy the magnificent 2 miles of golden sands.
Northam Burrows Country Park is adjacent to the beach and a gateway from the burrows leads direct to the cul-de-sac in which the house is situated. Westward Ho! offers a range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, amusement arcades, takeaways and shops. Spectacular cliff-top walks can be enjoyed with far reaching views out over the Atlantic Ocean; an ideal vantage point to enjoy the evening sunsets. The port town of Bideford is a 10 minute drive and offers weekly pannier and open-air markets. Other interesting places to visit are Appledore, a small fishing village with many maritime connections and Instow, with its estuary beach, sand dunes and home to the North Devon Yacht Club. All-in-all, an ideal holiday location and great for those who love beach life! Leisure facilities: private hot tub. Hot tub available from Easter 2014.
