This property enjoys a wonderful location just a few minutes walk from Wells city centre. Wells might be known as Englands smallest city but visitors will find a wealth of things to do here incuding the citys stunning cathedral brwosing the towns independent boutiques and enjoyng lunch in one of the many eateries which include a well-regarded gastro pub located just 200 yards from the propertys front door. Other places of interest within easy reach include Wookey Hole Caves Cheddar Gorge historic Glastonbury and the discount shopping village at Street. The front door of this two-bedroomed property opens directly into the lounge/diner with its beamed ceiling. Here guests will find a dining table seating three comfortable sofa and armchair seating a TV/DVD hi-fi and an impressive fireplace with a warming wood burner. A door leads through to the kitchen where guests will find all the equipment they need to make themselves at home including a double oven hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washing machine. Steep cottage-style stairs lead to the first-floor accommodation where there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a double room with a window seat and adressing table whilst the second room is a restful single. The bathroom which is also located on the first-floor is a good-sized room with a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there is a lawned area with seating and a BBQ to the front of the property while to the rear there is a pretty courtyard garden which is accessed via the patio doors in the lounge.
