This impressive property is approached through wooden gates onto a paved driveway and offers families or friends a superb location from which to enjoy precious time together, with spectacular country and cliff-top views and set between the coastal resorts of Bude and Widemouth Bay.
Beach lovers, walkers or cyclists will be in heaven at this property as the South West Coast Path is yards from the property offering circular walks between 7 -10 miles. The Sustrans cycle route is 0.5 miles away. A bus stop is yards away and can whisk you into Bude or along the coast if you don't wish to drive. An ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all. The Atlantic Heritage Coastline is also a haven for bird watchers. Sandy beaches and coves are also close by. In the evening pop into one of the many family pubs or, why not relax and enjoy a BBQ or a dip in the hot tub. Bliss! Leisure facilities: hot tub on the paved terraced.

Dining room: with ample seating and wine / beer fridge. Kitchen: with island unit and stools, electric range style oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Utility: with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge / freezer.
Outside: the gardens are mainly lawn with a paved terrace area at the rear which provides pleasant seating / dining area, BBQ and hot tub that seats 6 to 8 people (please note that the hot tub will be available the day after arrival to allow the water to heat up) and a gated grassed area ideal for children to play.
