This impressive waterfront property is situated in a convenient spot on the outskirts of Plymouth, set on the riverside you can choose to relax on the balcony and watch the boats up and down the river.
Take advantage of Plymouth's varied attractions; the large aquarium, lots of shops plus the new indoor shopping centre (Drakes Circus), many restaurants and bars and plenty of nightclubs built around a large harbour. Direct from the property there is a coastal path which takes you past "Mountbatten Beach", and "Jennycliff Beach" and beyond to "Bovisands", a trio of soft sand beaches with shop and restaurant. Water sports are available at the Mountbatten Centre or the Plymouth sailing school. Mount Batten is a small peninsular surrounded by Plymouth harbour and the River Plym. In the immediate area there is the marina, a beach with stunning views and sunsets, two newly built pubs "The Mount Batten" and "The Bridge". A short walk (5 minutes) along the coastal path takes you to Turnchapel, a historic fishing village with a small beach and a few small boats with another two pubs serving excellent food. Take the water taxi into the historic Barbican area with its restaurants tourist shops and bars. Walk a little further up onto the Hoe with its swimming pool, beaches, café bars and panoramic views across Plymouth harbour.
The stylish accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 king-size, en-suite shower room and double doors leading out onto a terraced patio area with seating looking over the marina. The second floor offers 2 further bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 master double with views over the water and en-suite 'Jack and Jill' bathroom accessed via the master double and the hallway. Lounge / diner: on the first floor with balcony, full waterfront views, TV / DVD with freeview, hi-fi, selection of DVDs and board games. Kitchen: on the first floor with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge / freezer microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC.
