This superb property has beautiful fixtures in all rooms with wonderful outdoor space thats ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or for children and dogs to play in. Situated in the quaint Cornish village of Trelights this property is just a short distance from the coast and surrounding towns and other villages. Port Isaac and Port Quin are just a short drive away or slightly further you ll find Tintagel and Padstow. There are some fantastic beaches nearby particularly Polzeath which is popular with surfers. Perfectly placed for exploring the area this detached property is approached via 3 external steps and once inside it is set all on one level. Upon entering you will find yourself in the hallway and will be greeted with the bungalows homely feel. On your left are the two bedrooms the first of which has a king-size bed Smart TV and Jack and Jill bathroom with a freestanding bath walk-in shower and WC this en-suite loops back into the hallway. The second bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds which can be made into a king-size on request plus an en-suite shower room with WC. On the other side of the hallway is the lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV. A spacious room with several windows overlooking the garden that wraps around the property. The kitchen has been beautifully fitted with white units and features an electric oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine there is also a utility area leading from the kitchen which has a wash basin freezer and washing machine. The lounge/dining area comprises of a dining table to seat 4 people comfortable sofas TV/Blu-ray/DVD and a wood burner with patio doors leading outside. Outside the property benefits from having a large enclosed garden that wraps around the whole property a raised patio area with seating and a BBQ. There is also an outside shower ideal for washing off the sand after a trip to the beach or cleaning up your muddy four-legged family member. Ample off-road parking is available for up to 4 cars. Need to know: Towels NOT provided. Including beach, bath, hand and tea towels. 2 bedrooms 1 king size with Smart TV and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a king size upon request). 2 en suites the king size has an en suite bathroom with free standing bath, separate walk in shower and WC (this en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway). The twin has an en suite shower room with WC. Wood burner, TV/Blu ray DVD with built in Wi Fi within the lounge area. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine in kitchen area. Freezer and washing machine in utility room. Electric and electric heating included. Smart TV.
