A good range of amenities can be found in the Georgian market town of Blandford Forum (4 miles) or you can head south to the ever-popular Jurassic Coastline where you can visit the traditional town of Swanage with its sandy beach (22 miles) Lulworth Cove (16 miles) and Durdle Door (17 miles) to name but a few great destinations. To the east are the towns of Bournemouth (22 miles) and Poole (17 miles) which are both ideal destinations for a spot of retail therapy. For a full day out why not visit Monkey World (9 miles) Corfe Castle (17 miles) Abbotsbury (24 miles) The Tank Museum (11 miles) or Arne Nature Reserve (16 miles).
