Stargazer Lodge cottage The Lake District and Cumbria

Stargazer Lodge is a wonderful and well-finished lodge resting in Arkholme on the Docker Holiday Park in Lancashire. Hosting two bedrooms including a double with an en-suite shower room, a walk-in wardrobe, a TV, and an electric stove-effect fire, and a double with a TV, along with a shared bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area. Outside there is enclosed wrap-around decking with seating and views out to the lake. Stargazer Lodge is a wonderful retreat for the whole family to enjoy.

Hornby is a delightful Lancashire village resting in the Lune Valley and is located within the northern part of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Beauty, and within reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park too, making this a great base for lovers of the outdoors. The village contains a local convenience shop, and a pub along with a local school and fire station, and is home to Hornby Castle set atop a high hill overlooking the river, and is the subject of one of Turner`s most-loved paintings. Explore the Lune Valley on foot or by cycling with an array of routes available, or visit the university city of Lancaster for a multitude of attractions.
