This well-equipped annexe is set on the outskirts of Bodmin, in a central location to tour the whole of Cornwall and has fantastic views across uninterrupted countryside.
You will be within an equal distance to the north and south coasts, each having a host of surfing beaches, harbours and coves. Why not take a stroll or cycle to The Borough Arms, 0.5 miles down the road which is renowned for its carvery. Direct access to the Camel Trail leading to Bodmin Moor, Padstow, Wadebridge and the vineyard with wine tasting sessions! Several good golf courses in the area. Excellent coarse fishing at Lakeview (approximately 2 miles), this is a prime location to visit many other attractions such as Pencarrow House, The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens and Lanhydrock. Relax with a BBQ in the small garden and enjoy watching the animals in the surrounding fields.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double bed. Shower room: wet room style and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: well-equipped with SkyTV, DVD, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (contained in a separate area).
