This traditional Cornish granite farmhouse that was once part of the Bolitho Estate, has been painstakingly restored to its former glory by the present owners and offers character at every turn, but with all the modern musts and more. Reached via a single track with only properties at the end, the ideal spot for guests looking for a getaway, but that is conveniently placed to enjoy Cornwall's most popular spots.
Just a 2 mile drive leads you to the outskirts of the popular and picturesque villages of Newlyn and Mousehole that are musts for guests visiting this area. For those who can't resist civilisation, Penzance offers a wealth of activities to amuse young and old alike, from the Jubilee swimming pool along the picture postcard promenade, to the multi-screen cinema, Laser Quest and wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Guests are spoilt for choice all year round with visitor attractions such as Lands End, Flambards, the Maritime Museum at Falmouth and St Michaels Mount, to name but a few.
The accommodation offers SEVEN bedrooms: 3 spacious doubles, 1 with en-suite shower room and WC. 2 further generous singles all located on the first floor. With 1 further double with en-suite shower room and WC, and 1 twin with an adjoining shower room and WC located on the ground floor.
Bathroom: with roll-top bath and WC located on the first floor.
Lounge: with seating around the inglenook fire place and large flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Sunroom just off the lounge, enjoying further seating, football table and a selection of games for children of all ages. Dining room: additional snug area with seating and Aga cooker, perfect for relaxing with a good book. Kitchen / breakfast room: enjoys integrated oven and hob, Belfast sink, fridge / freezer, microwave and TV. Utility: offers washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
Outside: the enclosed garden encompasses the property and offers lots of areas to play or relax and unwind with garden furniture and BBQ.
