This heart-warming retreat is ideally placed for a family holiday to the coast with the North York Moors National Park resting within striking distance for those seeking to explore its historic attractions and myriad walks. The fabulous location of this property means it boasts some of the best sea views along the Yorkshire coast. Meander up the historic streets to explore Scarborough Castle or take a leisurely stroll around the South Cliff area. A town of two halves you will be spoilt for choice; visit he fantastic historic castle amusements arcades pleasure steamers miniature railway open-air theatre or the world-famous Naval Warfare in Peasholm Park. Or venture slightly further afield for the family-friendly Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo. Stepping inside this mid-terrace cottage you arrive into an entrance hallway where you can hang your coat and kick off your shoes. The lounge on the right is cosy and has comfortable sofas; look forward to relaxing here in the evening where you will be delighted by the feature fireplace and the plush leather sofas waiting to be sunk into after a long day exploring the coast. Beyond here is the well-equipped kitchen which houses everything you require to cater your own home-cooked meals including an electric oven and gas hob fridge and microwave as well as a washing machine for your convenience. When its time to turn in head upstairs to a choice of three bedrooms each designed to ensure a flexible sleeping arrangement and offer a tranquil base to return to each evening. Choose from a king-size room a double and a twin room. To complete the property is a family bathroom with a bath walk-in shower and WC. Outside there is a small rear courtyard which is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while you plan your day ahead.
