Ryehill Farm Cottage cottage Northumbria
Ryehill Farm Cottage is an end terrace cottage in the hamlet of Ryehill, less than a mile on foot to the village of Thropton and a short drive to the town of Rothbury and can sleep four people. The cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking and an enclosed, lawned rear garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue. Ryehill Farm Cottage is a wonderful base for a relaxing break.
Two miles west of the town of Rothbury is the charming village of Thropton in Coquetdale, situated on the north bank of the Coquet River and dominated by the heather clad Simonside Hills, this is the perfect location for enjoying picturesque walks. Thropton is accessed via a lovely, single carriage bridge which takes you into the small and peaceful village, where you`ll find two pubs serving food and drink.
