The property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches to the north and south as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Jamaica Inn and much more. The area is also famed for its lovely scenery and is a haven for walkers. In the evenings, relax with a BBQ on the patio or walk to the village pub serving good food which is less than 1 mile away. Leisure facilities: on site, you are welcome to explore the 250 acre dairy farm. Fishing on the owners' 1 mile of fishing (river Lynher) and salmon pools (maximum of 2 rods).
