A traditional Cornish granite barn conversion renovated and furnished to a high standard and is full of character with beautiful exposed granite features.
Set in the picturesque Cornish countryside surrounded by meadows and a nearby stream, the property is perfect for couples who are looking to get away for a relaxing break and take advantage of its spacious and comfortable accommodation. The Eden Project is 3 miles away and other attractions such as the Tall Ships at Charlestown and National Trust properties including Lanhydrock, Cothele and Trerice. The sandy beach of Fowey is within 7 miles, and several other beaches and fishing villages on the south coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings, enjoy a BBQ on the patio, or eat out at the local pubs.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large king-size master bedroom with stable door leading to granite steps down to the garden, and 1 small single room (off the double). Both on the first floor.
Bathroom: also on the first floor with roll top bath, heated towel rail, separate shower, WC and hardwood flooring. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan and situated downstairs with TV, DVD, feature real-flame fire and comfortable sofas. Well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, antique pine table and chairs.
Outside: steps lead down to its own grassed area, which leads on to a wild meadow and stream.
