Nestled in the Hill Farm Massingham Estate and dating back to the 1880’s, you will fall in love with the tame, hand-fed herd of beautiful breeding deer which roam around the property. With a wonderful view of the park and surrounding countryside, you can watch the deer from every window as they do their early evening “walk-by” on their way to drink at the pond before settling down for the evening.



There are five spacious, en-suite bedrooms with plenty of stylish communal areas, mood lighting and beautiful artwork so that everybody can find their own space. Making Red Stag Lodge the prefect get-away for a multi-generational family or friends gathering. Its warm and comfortable open plan living area with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove makes this an ideal luxury retreat all year round. A spacious kitchen with a centre island, vast handmade kitchen table and bespoke antler chandelier makes entertaining easy, while a cosy corner with low-lit lamps and a pair of leather armchairs plus a large 50” screen Smart television and ample seating for fourteen guests on huge comfortable sofas makes relaxing even easier.



All three of the Hill Farm Massingham barns properties can be booked individually, as a combination of two of the barns or altogether (sleeping thirty one guests). Fallow Folly (sleeps seven guests) and The Owl House (sleeps ten guests) are interlinked internally, while access to Red Stag Lodge (sleeps fourteen) is via an external path.
