SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF A TRADITIONAL CORNISH VILLAGE
This traditional semi-detached picturesque cottage lies on the edge of a traditional Cornish village which is within a short drive of some of the most breathtaking coastline in Cornwall with sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves, National Trust clifftop walks and unique fishing villages.
Other attractions close by are varied and offer something to suit all tastes which include Land's End, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Zoo, Falmouth Marine Aquarium and more. In the evenings stroll to the local pub (just over 1 mile) and shop or relax in one of two enclosed gardens.
The accommodation is over 100 years old retaining all of its original charm and character and is equipped to a good standard. TWO bedrooms: approached via cottage style steps 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) at one end and woodburner effect gas fire at the other, TV, DVD and Freeview. Dining room: with and freezer and tumble dryer. Kitchen: with gas range cooker, washing machine, fridge with ice compartment and microwave.
Outside: 2 enclosed gardens. Garden at front of the property has decked area, BBQ and seating.
Amenities: parking in the lane adjacent to the property. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. Regret no pets.
