Priory Walk cottage Scotland

Priory Walk is a wonderful, semi-detached cottage in Whithorn, in Dumfries and Galloway on the Machars peninsula. The cottage has three bedrooms upstairs; two king-size double rooms, one of which has an en-suite WC, plus a small double room and a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area and the sitting room has a woodburning stove. The kitchen has doors that open onto the patio to the side of the cottage, where you can enjoy a barbecue and dining in the sunshine, in the summer. There is plenty of off road parking, and lots to see and do nearby, making Priory Walk a fantastic base for friends and family groups all year.

The Machars peninsula is home to the town of Whithorn, renowned for having the first recorded Christian Church in Scotland. The town also has an archaeological site and a medieval priory and is an area rich in history.
