This semi-detached property has superb countryside views and is situated in a secluded position in the grounds of a holiday cottage complex. It has been converted from an old stable, dating back 110 years and is bursting with character.
Located in a unique position allowing complete tranquillity yet the coast and Bude itself are only 1.5 miles away, making this an ideal base for families. Bude boasts four beaches and a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall and North Devon with a variety of the finest beaches, cliff-top walks and many more attractions to suit all tastes. Leisure facilities: shared indoor heated swimming pool, open from February half term up until first week in November, also available over the Christmas and New Year weeks, from 9am - 7pm. Games room: with table tennis and pool table and children's outdoor play area.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV, 1 further double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs.
Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Dining room. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. Utility: shared laundry facilities on site with washing machines and dryers, with an honesty box system.
Outside: enclosed garden area with patio, seating and BBQ.
Amenities: 1 allocated parking space adjacent to the property and further off-road parking in the car park 50 yards away. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome, further by arrangement.
Location: beach 1.5 miles, shop 1 mile and pub 0.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm
