Located in the village of Upton St Leonard’s, this pretty traditional stone cottage, adjoining the owner's home, is a perfect base for those wishing to explore the nearby villages and breathtaking countryside.
Ideally situated on the fringe of the Cotswold’s offering a wealth of gardens, National Trust and English Heritage sites. The Cotswold Way passes nearby for keen walkers, along with established bridle and cycle paths. Coopers Hill being the venue for the annual cheese rolling. With easy access to Cheltenham for the races, theatre and seasonal festivals to include the literature and food to name but a few. Afternoon tea in Painswick with visit to the Rococo garden is 3 miles away.
This spacious cottage offers ONE double room accessed via an open tread staircase.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV / DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven / hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
Outside: private courtyard garden with seating.
Amenities: parking for one vehicle. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating (upstairs heating provided by the woodburner) and Wi-Fi (with a dongle) included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 well behaved medium sized dog welcome.
