This detached house all on one level is set overlooking the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons off the road between the villages of Talgarth and Bronllys. Three Cocks is less than a mile with shop and pubs. An excellent spot to simply relax and an excellent base to explore the national park Wye Valley or visit the town of books Hay-on-Wye which is just 5 miles. Many activities on offer such as golf pony trekking canoeing and beautiful walks. Enter through a stable door into stylish kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment microwave dishwasher and table and chairs. This leads through to open-plan lounge with TV DVD and coal effect electric fire sitting area and excellent views from the large picture windows across the water meadow and mountains beyond. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin which have been thoughtfully laid out each with their own wardrobes and en-suite shower and WC. Making this ideal for families and couples to enjoy whilst having their own privacy and space. Outside there is a patio with bench table to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the sun. Large open grassed area which is shared with two cottages with plenty of room to run off the childrens energy. Parking is adjacent to the cottage.
