The perfect spot for guests looking for that bit of rest and relaxation in countryside surroundings yet close to many of Cornwalls most popular attractions and seaside towns. Located in central North Cornwall this is the ideal location for guests who are looking to tour this unique county. Just a short drive from the A30 that links East and West Cornwall means that the popular tourist hot spots of Bodmin Moor with its rugged beauty as well as the famous variety of National Trust properties are all within easy reach. The north coast is strewn with surfing beaches and secluded white sandy coves whilst the south coast offers a variety of picture postcard traditional fishing villages harbours and a wealth of other attractions. Enter into a wonderful blend of character and contemporary comforts throughout. With exposed stone and beams the lounge has plenty of space so relax on one of two comfy sofas and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV or simply unwind by the wood burner. From here the kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need to create a feast for all the family to enjoy and has a Rangemaster oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table overlooking the terrace and brook. The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer games area complete with football table so is the perfect place for the children amongst you. If you would like some quiet the snug has a Smart TV wood burner comfy corner sofa and bean bags for relaxing after a day exploring. The lobby leads to a contemporary shower room with shower and WC and the reading room so you can truly unwind in your peaceful surroundings. Head up the stairs to your right and you ll find the king size bedroom with plenty of storage vanity area and French doors onto your decked balcony perfect for your morning coffee. Next is the bunk bedroom with a 4ft bed with toddler bed above making this great for a small family or children to share. The bathroom has a shower over a pea shaped bath and WC. To the left at the top of the stairs you ll find the 2ft 6 twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made a king-size on request) and a king-size bedroom both with exposed stone walls and plenty of hanging space. Completing the inside of this truly fantastic renovation is the king-size master bedroom with vaulted ceilings Smart TV a vanity area to prepare for your day ahead and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC. Step outside to one of the many seating areas and several spacious terraces furnished with a table and chairs so you can dine alfresco fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows and singing songs in the evening or relax on the sun loungers and soak up the Cornish sunshine. The lawned garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. There are several borders with shrubs and plants. A meandering pathway leads to a woodland walkway for the little explorers. Please note there is a brook running through the garden care to be taken with children and dogs. Parking for three is on the gravelled driveway and there is plenty more roadside (subject to availability). Need to know: 5 Bedrooms 3 king size, 1 2ft 6' twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size on request) and 1 bunk bedroom (small double with toddler bed over). 1 Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 shower room with shower and WC and 1 en suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Rangemaster oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and table football. 2 Wood burners (first basket of logs included). Off road parking for 3 cars, additional roadside (subject to availability). Beach 5.5 miles, shop and pub 2 miles Smart TV in lounge, snug and master bedroom. Terraces with seating and a fire pit, an enclosed lawned area and a woodland walkway. Charcoal BBQ provided. Please note that there is a brook running through the garden. 3 dogs welcome, further by arrangement. Welcome pack provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
