This former coach house offers stylish reverse level accommodation within the grounds of the owners home yet your privacy is assured. Located close to the village of Northam and within walking distance to Westward Ho! with its golden sands and surf school. Northam Burrows Country Park which provides a wonderful backdrop for scenic walks amongst the sand dunes are just next to the beach. The pretty village of Appledore is just a short drive away and makes a lovely place to spend an afternoon watching the boats in the harbour or perhaps catching the ferry across the estuary to Instow. The larger town of Bideford is also close by with a range of independent shops scattered along its narrow streets. This property is accessed on foot through double gates and into the private courtyard. Stepping into the kitchen/diner where the kitchen area itself is impressive and decorated with cool neutral tones giving a seaside feel well-equipped with a combi microwave oven and induction hob fridge with ice compartment Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher to do all the work for you you have everything you need. Through to the dining area enjoy a romantic meal or a lazy breakfast and make use of the Bose speaker available. Leading off the kitchen/diner is the bedroom which has doors leading out the courtyard and has a king-size bed which benefits from Hilary blinds and an en-suite shower and WC. A flight of stairs from the dining area leads you to the first floor where you will find a relaxing lounge area with Smart TV/DVD sea views and a wood burner effect electric fire for those cooler evenings its a great spot to sit and relax with a good book overlooking the burrows and to the sea beyond.
