The cottage is set in a rural location in the midst of stunning hills and woodland. Head out of your door to discover wild walks and cycle rides or journey the mile and a half to the pretty village of Dunning where you can have a spot of lunch at one of the local pubs. From here the sights of the Highlands extend in all directions 11 miles away try the city of Perth for independent shops eateries and historical sites or drive the 16 miles to the outskirts of the Lomond Hills perfect for an adventurous walk. Find the property itself on the edge of a collection of farm buildings. Traditional on the outside yet with a stunning modern interior the ground level is complete with a cosy pair of armchairs by an ornamental fireplace and TV a romantic eating area set for two and a handy kitchen set away with everything you need to create lovely meals.
