LOVELY DETACHED COTTAGE A SHORT DRIVE TO BEACHES AND ATTRACTIONS
Approached via a long private driveway, this refurbished cottage, set within the grounds of the owner's residence, offers peace and tranquillity yet is a short drive to many attractions.
A perfect base for touring the area. The National Trust's A La Ronde is a 15 minutes stroll. Exmouth is a lively town with a popular sandy beach and is a 10 minute drive. You will be within a 15 minutes walk to the local village of Lympstone, which has a shop and a number of pubs serving food. Other destinations well worth a visit include historic Exeter, with its cathedral and leisure facilities, Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Park, the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth and Dartmoor with its wildlife and rugged scenery.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
